It uses BoldTrail's own secure sign-in, never your password, and you can disconnect anytime from your Connect page. Your data is never changed by disconnecting.

Common problems

BoldTrail says “not connected”

Re-paste your API key on your Connect page.

Leads aren't showing

Confirm your BoldTrail account has API access enabled.

A text didn't send

The lead may not have a phone on file yet.

Wrong lead updated

Be specific with the name; it confirms first.
