How to connect it

About 30 seconds. You only do it once.

Open your Connect page

Tap the link in your welcome email.

Find Clover, tap Connect

Connect your Clover merchant when asked.

Approve

Clover's own secure screen confirms access.

Done

Copy these, or say them your own way.

Flag low-stock items for reorder.

What it can see

Only your Clover orders, inventory, and customer data, so it can answer and act for you.

It uses Clover's own secure sign-in, never your password, and you can disconnect anytime from your Connect page. Your data is never changed by disconnecting.

Common problems

Clover says “disconnected”

Reconnect on your Connect page and re-approve.

Numbers look off

Make sure the right merchant/location is connected.

Inventory isn't updating

Clover syncs on a delay; give it a few minutes.

Can't find a customer

Give it more (name plus last visit).
