Only your eBay listings, inventory, and orders, so it can answer and act for you.

It uses eBay's own secure sign-in, never your password, and you can disconnect anytime from your Connect page. Your data is never changed by disconnecting.

Common problems

eBay says “disconnected”

Reconnect on your Connect page and sign in again.

Labels won't print

Make sure the order is paid and has a shipping address.

A listing isn't showing

Give it the item title or listing number.

Offers didn't send

The listing needs Best Offer or watchers enabled.

Still stuck on eBay?

Email your business name and what you were trying to do. A real person answers, usually same day.
