Google services and Gmail use separate secure connections:

How to connect it

Choose the connection that matches the work.

For Gmail

Open NoDesk Settings → Integrations and connect Gmail through Composio.

For other Google services

Use “Log in with Google” on your Connect page for Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and YouTube.

Sign in and approve

Google's own secure screen is used for both routes. We never see your password.

Done

Try the service you connected: “What's on my calendar tomorrow?” or “Find the Gmail from Dave.”

What it can see

Only the Google services you connect and approve.

Gmail is available only through the managed Composio connection. Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and YouTube use the separate direct Google connection. You can disconnect either route without deleting your Google data.

Common problems

Gmail says “disconnected”

Reconnect Gmail through Composio in NoDesk Settings → Integrations.

Calendar or Drive says “disconnected”

Reconnect the direct Google integration on your Connect page.

It didn't find an email

Confirm Gmail—not only the non-Gmail Google connection—is connected, then give a sender, subject, or date range.

Wrong event time

Tell it your time zone once; it remembers.
