Paste your JobNimbus API key when asked.

Confirm

It checks the connection and shows “Connected.”

What it can see

Only your JobNimbus contacts, jobs, estimates, and invoices, so it can answer and act for you.

It uses JobNimbus's own secure sign-in, never your password, and you can disconnect anytime from your Connect page. Your data is never changed by disconnecting.

Common problems

JobNimbus says “not connected”

Re-paste your API key on your Connect page.

It can't find a job

Give it the contact name plus job type.

An estimate didn't send

Check the contact has an email in JobNimbus.

Wrong record updated

Be specific; it confirms before big changes.
