🔒 Logins vault

Some tools you use don't have a connect button. Your agent can still use them. It signs in the way you do, with a login you save once, locked in your own private vault.

When a tool has no connect button

Not every site plays nice. Your parts supplier, the city permit portal, that old scheduling site. No connect button, no integration, just a login page.

Your agent handles those too. You save the login one time in your vault. From then on it can sign in and do the task for you, the same as if you sat down and did it yourself.

What it can do once it's in

Tell it what you need done on the site. It signs in, does it, and tells you when it's finished.

Order parts"Log into my supplier and order 3 of part #4471 for the Miller job."
Pull a permit"Check the city portal for the status of my permit on 5th Street."
Pay a bill"Log into the vendor site and pay the invoice due Friday." It checks with you first.
Book a slot"Grab the 7am dumpster drop on the rental site for Tuesday."
Check pricing"What's the distributor charging for a 3-ton condenser today?"
Grab a document"Pull last month's statement off the portal and send it to my bookkeeper."

How it works

Three steps, and you only do the first one once.

Save the login once

Open your Logins vault in the app. Add the site, your username, and your password. That's the whole setup.

It gets locked up

Your login is encrypted and stored with your own private agent. It's never shared, and it's never on a server with anyone else's.

Ask your agent to do the job

Tell it what you want done on that site. It signs in, handles the task, and reports back. You never dig out the password again.

📲
Two-step login? If the site texts you a code, your agent asks you for it right in the chat, then finishes the job.

Is it safe?

Your logins are yours. Here's how they stay that way.

🔒

Encrypted, not readable

Saved logins are encrypted in your vault. They're for your agent to use, not for anyone to read.

🏠

Your own private agent

They live with your agent on your own private server, never mixed in with another business.

You approve the big stuff

Before it pays money or sends something out, your agent checks with you first. No surprises.

🗑️

Delete anytime

Remove a login from your vault and your agent loses access that second. You're always in control.

Turn it into a skill

Once your agent can get into a site, you can teach it a routine there.

"Every Monday, log into the supplier and reorder anything I'm running low on." Save the login once, teach the skill once, and it runs on its own from then on. That's the login vault and skills working together.

New to skills? Start with the Skills guide and come back.
