Connect QuickBooks and your agent runs the money side for you. Who owes you, sending invoices, checking what's paid, all from a text or a voice note, without opening QuickBooks yourself.
Once QuickBooks is connected, this is the office work it takes off your plate:
Takes about 30 seconds. You only do it once.
Tap the link in your NoDesk welcome email. You land on your Connect page with every tool listed.
It's in the list under "Accounting & invoicing."
QuickBooks' own sign-in opens. Log in and tap Connect to give NoDesk access. This is Intuit's secure screen, not us.
The card flips to "Connected." Your agent can now work your books. Try it: ask "Who owes me money?"
Copy these, or say them your own way. Your agent gets the gist.
Only your QuickBooks business data, so it can answer money questions and send invoices for you.
That means customers, invoices, payments, and balances. It uses Intuit's secure sign-in, the same one you use, and it never sees your QuickBooks password. You stay in control: connect only if you want it handling the books, and disconnect anytime.
Your sign-in expired. Open your Connect page, tap QuickBooks, and sign in again.
You have more than one QuickBooks company. Reconnect and pick the right company file at sign-in.
Make sure the name matches how it's spelled in QuickBooks, or give it a bit more (last name + job). Still stuck? Tell us.
Check the customer has an email on file in QuickBooks. Add one and ask your agent to resend.
Email us your business name and what you were trying to do. A real person answers, usually same day.
