Data Deletion
Last updated: May 2026
NoDesk takes data privacy seriously. You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time.
What Gets Deleted
When our support team processes a deletion request for your account, the following records are removed from our systems:
- Your account information (name, email, company)
- All stored OAuth tokens and integration connections
- Hermes agent records and provisioning data
- Audit logs associated with your account
- Magic connection links
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to support@nodesk.io with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your name or company name
- The email associated with your account
Processing
Deletion requests are handled by our support team as an operator procedure, not by an automated pipeline. When we receive your request we will confirm it by email, tell you the expected timeline, and confirm again once the deletion has been carried out.
Integration Revocation
You can also independently revoke NoDesk's access from each connected service:
- Jobber: Settings → Connected Apps → Remove NoDesk
- QuickBooks Online: Settings → Manage Connected Apps → Disconnect
- GoHighLevel: Settings → Integrations / Connected Apps → Remove NoDesk
- Google: Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access → Remove NoDesk
- Facebook: Settings → Business Integrations → Remove NoDesk
- BoldTrail: Revoke or rotate the API token in your BoldTrail account, then contact NoDesk support to remove the stored connection.
- Podio: Account Settings → Manage authorized apps → Revoke NoDesk
- Clover: Remove NoDesk from your Clover app settings, or rotate the API token, then contact NoDesk support to remove the stored connection.
- GitHub: Settings → Applications → Installed GitHub Apps → Uninstall NoDesk
You can also disconnect any integration instantly from your NoDesk connection portal.
Facebook Data Deletion Callback
As required by Meta, NoDesk supports a data deletion callback endpoint. When a user removes our app from Facebook, we receive a notification identifying that Facebook user. We disable only the Facebook connections belonging to that user ID so NoDesk stops using them, and record a confirmation code. The callback returns that code so you can reference the request with our support team; it marks those connections as revoked rather than deleting the underlying records, which are removed when the account is deleted.
If a callback arrives without an identifiable Facebook user ID, we revoke nothing, record the refusal, and return an error rather than a confirmation code — an unattributable request is not treated as permission to disable other people's connections. Resubmit through Facebook, or contact support directly.
