Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the NoDesk platform operated at nodesk.io. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

NoDesk provides AI-powered automation agents for service businesses. The platform connects to third-party services (such as Jobber, QuickBooks Online, GoHighLevel, Google, Facebook, BoldTrail, Podio, Clover, and GitHub) using OAuth or, where an integration supports it, an API token you supply, and operates on your behalf to automate back-office tasks.

2. Account & Access

NoDesk is available to independent businesses and professionals through a public subscription at nodesk.io. After checkout, an account and private AI assistant are automatically provisioned for the subscribing customer. Authentication and secure connection links protect each customer's private business data. You are responsible for keeping your connection links private.

3. Authorized Use

• You must have authority to connect the third-party accounts you link.
• You must not share your connection link with unauthorized parties.
• You must not use the service for illegal activities.

4. Third-Party Integrations

NoDesk accesses third-party services using OAuth tokens you authorize or, for integrations that work that way (currently BoldTrail and Clover), an API token you paste into your connection portal. We operate within the permission scopes you grant. You can revoke access to any integration at any time — for an API token, by rotating or revoking it in that provider's own account settings.

5. Data Handling

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. Connection credentials are encrypted at rest — both OAuth tokens and any API token you supply. We do not sell your data.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

NoDesk is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including actions taken by AI agents on your behalf.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship. Upon termination, you may request deletion of your account data under our data deletion process. You can revoke NoDesk's access at each connected provider yourself using that provider's own controls, listed on the same page.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
